1. How to Enter:
1. Visitors are invited to join in the online lucky draw by filling up an online contest form and answering a simple question to qualify.
2. Each visitor is allowed to enter the contest once only.
3. Upon submission, the user is given 01 chance in the lucky draw.

1. Submit your entry via the website contest page with correct answers. Participants must
have registered and given correct answers on the web site’s registration page to qualify.
[b]2. Participants must watch the Ratatouille movie between 30 Aug and 30 Sept and keep the movie ticket stub to qualify.[/b]
3. Each winner is required to produce their valid ticket stub in order to claim their prize.
3. Eligibility: No online purchase is necessary. All Citizens and Residents of Singapore are eligible to take part in this contest. You must be 16 years or older to be eligible for this Contest. All entries must be submitted via the website online contest form by 11:30PM Singapore time 30 Sep, 2007. Entries received after the stipulated time will not be eligible for entry in the draw. Employees of Buena Vista International, their affiliates, immediate families thereof, as well as employees of their advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.
4. Prizes: 2 x ticket to France by Air France
*Prizes are non-transferable & no cash alternatives will be permitted, unless decided by Buena Vista International in the event of prize unavailability. All prizes not collected after the stipulated date will be forfeited.
5. Drawing and Notification: Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible correct entries received. The judge's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. Results of the Winners will be posted on the website (www.ratatouille.com.sg), within 7 working days after the stipulated closing date of the contest draw. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their profiles are updated and that their names and I/C numbers have been accurately submitted on the contest form. This is to allow the Contest Administrator to verify the winners upon collection of prizes.
The Winner will be notified by email on the same day the results are published on the website (www.ratatouille.com.sg). The Winner will have 14 working days to accept the prize from the date results are posted online on the contest website (www.ratatouille.com.sg). The Contest Administrator and Sponsor will not be responsible for and will not be liable for any late, misdirected, lost, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If a winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address and/or contact number provided on entry form within five (5) working days from Contest Administrator's first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
6. Collection of Prizes: By accepting the prize, all winners hereby agree to the use of his/her name for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion by the Sponsor. In the case when a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and/or an alternate winner be selected. Upon collection of the prizes, selected winners must present NRIC (for identity validation purpose) and a Ratatouille movie ticket stub dated within the contest dates in order to collect the nominated prizes. In the case where the name used to register for the contest differs from the name on NRIC, supporting document must be provided.
7. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that Contest Administrator shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in contest, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that Contest Administrator is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from contest and its prizes. The Contest Administrator is not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the contest or downloading any information in connection with the contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. The Contest Administrator reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.
8. General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bounded by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final. The Contest Administrator and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winners should any of the contest rules and regulations is breached. No correspondence shall be entertained.
Each participant agrees to release the Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entry into the Lucky Draw constitutes agreement for the sponsors and contest organizers to publish the photos of the winners in the contest website, press and/or any other media that the Contest Administrator deems fit, reserving the rights of such publications fully and the right to contact you in the future.
