Mechanics of the draw (includes rule and regulations)

1. Participants must be citizens or permanent residents of Singapore aged 18 and above. Staff and insurance advisers of NTUC Income are not eligible to participate in this contest.

2. Participants must logon to NTUC Income website www.income.com.sg or participate directly through flyers and email surveys sent to them.

3. When submitting their entry for this contest, participants will have to provide their personal particulars to be eligible for the draw.

4. Each participant is allowed to submit one entry only. The checking will be based on Singapore NRIC number. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the draw. Participants gets an extra chance in the draw when they introduces a friend to the survey, and the friend submits an entry successfully. Duplicate introduction of the same friend will be removed prior to the draw.

5. The contest will close on 31 October 2007.

6. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

7. All eligible entries will be entered into a database. We will conduct the lucky draw in a transparent manner. There will be a pre-draw using a random number generated by the computer. This will produce about 2 to 10 times of the actual number of winners. The actual draw will be carried out manually from these pre-drawn numbers, witnessed by independent persons.

8. The draw will be conducted in public by a manager witnessed by one internal auditor and at least 2 other individuals from the public.

9. Winners will be notified in writing by ordinary post and email. The results will be posted on NTUC Income's website (www.income.com.sg).

10. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

11. The organisers are not responsible for any computer software or communication failure.

12. All prizes must be collected within 60 days from date of draw. Prizes which are not collected, will be donated to charity.
