How to win

1. Purchase any Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola with lime, vanilla Coke, Sprite or Sprite Ice (“Participating Packs’)

2. Collect any of the following proof-of-purchase (“Proof of Purchase”) from any of the Participating Packs:

* 1 barcode from 6-can pack; or
* 1 barcode from 12-can pack; or
* 1 barcode from 24-can pack; or
* 2 labels from large PET bottles; or
* 3 labels from small PET bottles

3. Submit your particulars (Full name, NRIC number, contact number and email address) together with the Proof-of-Purchase mail in to the following address to qualify as an entry (“Entry”) to the Weekly Draws and/or the Grand Draw:

4. There are 5 Weekly Draws and a Grand Draw, all of which will be conducted at F&N Coca-Cola (Singapore) Pte Ltd 457 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Singapore 639933.

5. All Entries received by 11.00 am on 9 August, 16 August, 23 August, 30 August and 6 September will be accepted for that week’s Weekly Draw to be held at 3pm on the following day. Non-winning Entries of a Weekly Draw will be snowballed to the next Weekly Draw.

6. All Entries received by 11am on 13 September will be accepted for the Grand Draw to be held at 3pm on the following day. All winning & non-winning Entries of the Weekly Draws will be combined to participate in the Grand Draw.

Prizes

There will be a total of 100 prizes to be won in 5 Weekly Draws and 1 Grand Prize to be won in the Grand Draw.

1. Weekly Prizes: The first 20 valid Entries drawn will each win a Limited Edition Coke Side of Life branded 1GB Samsung K3Z MP3 in red colour worth approximately S$208.

2. Grand Prize: The first valid Entry drawn will win a Samsung Home Theatre System and Samsung 40’’ Full HD LCD TV worth approximately S$6,999, comprising:

* Samsung 40” Full HD LCD TV, Model: LA40M81BX
* Samsung Home Theatre System, Model: HT-TX35T


- All winners will be required to sign a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the F&N Coca-Cola (Singapore) Pte Ltd to claim the Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize (“Prizes”).

3. All Prizes must be claimed by 30 November 2007. Prizes not claimed within the stipulated date will be donated to an approved charity at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

4. The prize winners of each Weekly Draw will be published on www.happiness.coca-cola.com.sg. All winners will be notified by phone and post where details on how to claim the Prizes will be given. Additionally, all winners’ name will be published in The New Paper on 21 September 2007.

5. The Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies shall not be liable for warranties, maintenance or any additional costs of the prizes.

6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize or elements of prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.

7. Acceptance of any Prize constitutes permission to the Promoter to use the winner’s name, personal particulars and/or likeness for the purposes of marketing, advertising and trade without compensation to the winner, whether the usage is limited to this Promotion or otherwise and whether by way of direct marketing to the winner or otherwise.

Conditions of Entry

VERIFICATION:

1. All Entries are subject to verification. Any Entry submitted which is incomplete, altered, duplicated, illegible shall be invalid. All Entries submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

2. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

3. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.

OTHERS:

1. All promotional materials, including details on How to Win and Prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry into this Promotion confirms acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and the Promoter’s decision.

3. Promotion ends on 14th September 2007 and is valid in Singapore only.

4. The Promotion is open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.

5. Participants assume liability for any injury or damage sustained, or claimed to be caused by participating in this Promotion. Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim by or to any person in connection with this Promotion.

6. No responsibility is assumed by the Promoter for lost, late or misdirected Entries.

7. Promoter reserves the right to amend these Term and Conditions without giving prior notice.

8. All local laws and regulations apply to this Promotion.

9. Employees of Promoter, Coca-Cola Far East Ltd (Singapore Branch), their advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
